Mr. John C. Malone is Chairman of Liberty Media Corporation, a position he has held since 1990. Mr. Malone is also the Chairman of the Board of Liberty Global, Inc. (LGI), a position he has held since June, 2005. From 1996 to March, 1999 when Tele-Communications, Inc., (TCI) merged with AT&T Corp., he was also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TCI. Previous to that, from 1973 to 1996, Mr. Malone served as President and CEO of TCI. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for CATO Institute, Expedia, Inc., Discovery Communications, Inc., and SiriusXM. Additionally, Mr. Malone is Chairman Emeritus of the Board for Cable Television Laboratories, Inc. as well as Director or similar capacity for various family businesses, Trusts or Foundations.

Born March 7, 1941, in Milford, Connecticut, Mr. Malone was a Phi Beta Kappa and merit scholar at Yale University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Economics in 1963. He also received a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Johns Hopkins in 1964 and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Operations Research from Johns Hopkins in 1967.

Mr. Malone began his career in 1963 at Bell Telephone Laboratories/AT&T in economic planning and research and development. In 1968, he joined McKinsey & Company and in 1970 he became Group Vice President at General Instrument Corporation (GI). He was later named President of Jerrold Electronics, a GI subsidiary.

He served as Director of the National Cable Television Association (NCTA) from 1974 to 1977 and again from 1980 to 1993. During the 1977-1978 term, Mr. Malone was the NCTA's Treasurer.

In 1983, Mr. Malone received the NCTA Vanguard Award, one of the highest honors in the cable television industry. He has received many other awards and honors which include: TVC Magazine Man of the Year Award - 1981; Wall Street Transcript's Gold Award for the cable industry's best Chief Executive Officer - 1982, 1985, 1986 and 1987; Wall Street Transcript's Silver Award in 1984 and 1989; Women In Cable's Betsy Magness Fellowship Honoree; University of Pennsylvania Wharton School Sol C. Snider Entrepreneurial Center Award of Merit for Distinguished Entrepreneurship; American Jewish Committee Sherrill C. Corwin Human Relations Award; Denver University Honorary Degree for Doctorate of Human Letters - 1992; Communications Technology Magazine Service and Technology Award; Bronze Award - 1993 Financial World CEO of the Year Competition; and 1994 Hopkins Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Greg Maffei leads the team transforming Liberty with its interests in media, technology, and telecom into a focused operating company to compete in the digital/mobile era, delight customers and maximize shareholder value. Liberty's assets include some of the world's most respected media, entertainment and eCommerce companies including QVC, HSN, Starz, SiriusXM, Live Nation, Expedia, ProFlowers, Red Envelope, backcountry.com, bodybuilding.com, Evite, and the Atlanta Braves. Greg became CEO of Liberty in February 2006; since that time Liberty's stocks have significantly outperformed the major stock indices and comparable media companies.

Previously, Greg has served as president and CFO of Oracle, chairman and CEO of 360networks, CFO of Microsoft, and chairman of Expedia. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and an AB from Dartmouth College. Greg serves as a director of Electronic Arts, Live Nation (chair of the executive committee), SiriusXM, Barnes & Noble, and zillow.com. He also chairs the Colorado Governor's budget task force. Previously, Greg has served as a director of Comcast, DIRECTV, and Starbucks and president of the Seattle Public Library.

Mr. Tanabe has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Liberty Media Corporation since January 2007. Prior to that Mr. Tanabe was a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and the Corporate Secretary of Liberty Media beginning January 1999. Before joining Liberty Media he was a member of Sherman & Howard LLC, a Denver-based law firm where he served as a member of that firm's management committee and specialized in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions for clients engaged in a variety of industries, including cable television and other media businesses.

David J.A. Flowers was appointed Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Alternative Investments of Liberty Media Corporation in November 2011. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer from 2000 to 2011. Prior to being appointed Treasurer, Mr. Flowers was a Vice President Portfolio Manager when he joined Liberty Media in June 1995. Previous to joining Liberty Media, Mr. Flowers worked in various treasury positions at Toronto Dominion Bank and ended his career there as a Managing Director of Media Telecom. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Carleton University and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Christopher W. Shean oversees all accounting and treasury functions at Liberty Media Corporation. Mr. Shean served as Senior Vice President/Controller from January 2002 through October 2011 and as Vice President from October 2000 to January 2002. Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Shean served in the assurance practice of the accounting firm of KPMG for more than five years, most recently as a partner.
